Our team reviews your CV, portfolio, and links (GitHub, Behance, LinkedIn, etc.) to understand your skills, experience, and alignment with the role.

Initial Screening Call
A short call to get to know you better, understand your goals, clarify role expectations, and answer your questions about Mondaysys.

Skill Assessment / Technical Task
Depending on the role, we may share a small, practical task or ask you to walk through recent projects. We focus on how you think, structure solutions, and write clean, maintainable code or designs.

Technical & Culture Fit Interview
