Mondaysys is a global software development company delivering high-quality engineering services to clients across Europe, the Middle East, and North America. We specialize in eCommerce, AI/ML, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and custom web development.

We are looking for a talented Shopify Developer to join our Uttara office and work on international projects with a fast-growing and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores (themes & apps) for international clients.
• Convert Figma/XD/Sketch designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Shopify themes.
• Customize existing themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
• Integrate and configure Shopify apps (3rd party & custom) to extend store functionality.
• Optimize store performance for speed, SEO, and conversion.
• Implement and support A/B test variants and CRO-focused changes when required.
• Troubleshoot & fix bugs, theme conflicts, and app integration issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Follow Mondaysys coding standards, version control (Git/GitHub), and documentation practices.

Requirements

• 1.5–4+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Shopify Liquid template language
• HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (jQuery/ES6)
• Experience customizing Shopify themes and creating sections/blocks.
• Practical experience with Shopify apps, app configuration, and basic app integration.
• Good understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance.
• Experience with Git / GitHub and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to read requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
• Basic written and spoken English for communication with global clients.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have (Plus Point):

• Experience with Headless Shopify or Shopify Hydrogen.
• Knowledge of CRO / A/B testing implementation.
• Experience working with international agencies or remote client teams.

Work Setup

• Location: On-site at Mondaysys office, Uttara, Dhaka.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
