We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our Uttara office and help us build fast, beautiful, and scalable interfaces for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces using React / Next.js, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma/XD/Sketch into clean, maintainable code.
• Implement reusable components and front-end architecture using modern frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS or similar).
• Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend services.
• Optimize pages for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Work closely with designers, backend engineers, QA, and project managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and fix UI issues, browser inconsistencies, and layout bugs.
• Support A/B testing and CRO-focused UI changes where required.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • React.js (Next.js experience is a strong plus)
  • HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive design
• Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g. Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar).
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub and modern development workflows.
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web performance, and basic security best practices.
• Ability to read requirements, estimate tasks, and deliver within deadlines.
• Basic written and spoken English for communication with global clients.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have (Plus Point):

• Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG).
• Experience in eCommerce frontends (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom) or dashboards.
• Understanding of CRO / A/B testing and experiment implementation.
• Experience with design systems, Storybook, or component libraries.

Work Setup

• Location: On-site at Mondaysys office, Uttara, Dhaka.
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (Sunday–Thursday) – standard office hours.
